Application & Resume Screening

A member of the Human Resources department will review your job application and determine if you meet the minimum requirements for the position of interest. In some cases, previous work experience, education, or skills may align better with a different role within the organization. In this situation, a Human Resources representative may contact you to gauge your interest in discussing additional opportunities within the organization. If your experience, education, or skills are not a match for an open position, applicants will be notified electronically or when the posting is closed.

Interview Process

If you are a qualified applicant for a role at Bradford White Corporation, you will be contacted by a member of the Human Resources department to begin the interview process. Depending on the position, the process may include a phone screening, first round virtual interview, and in-person second interview.

Offer Letter & Onboarding

If you are selected for a job, you will be provided with a formal offer letter outlining the employment agreement with Bradford White Corporation. If the terms of the agreement are accepted, you will return a signed copy of the offer letter to your Human Resources Representative. Offers of employment for every position are conditional, therefore, you must meet the pre-employment requirements to move forward.

Ambler, Pennsylvania – Bradford White Corporation, headquartered in Ambler, PA, is an American-owned, full-line manufacturer of residential, commercial, and industrial products for water heating, space heating, combination heating and storage. The Ambler office is home to approximately 100 sales, marketing, finance, IT, customer support and administrative employees.

Rochester, New Hampshire – Laars Heating Systems Company became part of Bradford White Corporation in 2005. Throughout its more than 75-year history, Laars has been a leading manufacturer of high quality commercial and residential boilers and volume water heaters. Since 2005, Laars has been focused on designing and building high efficiency products to meet the evolving changes of the industry and support their customers. Located in Rochester, NH, Laars employs approximately 180 people in a variety of roles, including engineering, manufacturing, administration, IT, customer support, and sales.

Halton Hills, Ontario – Acquired in 2002, Bradford White Canada introduced Bradford White to new markets and strengthened the Corporation’s position throughout Canada. Several of the corporation’s brands including Bradford White Water Heaters, Laars, Niles and Keltech® are available in all Canadian provinces. Bradford White’s Canadian Operations, Distribution Center and state-of-the-art Training Center, headquartered in Halton Hills, ON, is supported by approximately 35 employees in sales, IT, customer support and logistics.

Uxbridge, Massachusetts – Acquired in 2024, Heat-flo is in Uxbridge, Massachusetts-based company specializing in manufacturing stainless steel water heating and hydronic solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. The company’s product lineup includes indirect water heaters and electric-based hot water systems, as well as hydronic and radiant heating solutions. With a team of 30 skilled craftspeople, the company strives to provide an exceptional customer experience through precise product execution, effective customer service, and strong local sales representation.

Middleville, Michigan – Tracing its roots back to 1881, Bradford White Water Heaters is the third largest manufacturer of water heating and storage products in the United States. As the largest employer in Barry County, MI, the manufacturing facility employs roughly 1,600 people in a variety of engineering, quality control, manufacturing, customer support, IT, and administrative careers. Most of the manufacturing workforce are members of the United Auto Workers (UAW Local 1002).

Niles, Michigan – Bradford White acquired Niles Steel Tank Company in 2002. The manufacturing facility, located in Niles, MI, employs approximately 75 people and has been manufacturing pressure vessels and storage tanks for quick delivery for over 125 years. As a leader in producing shop-fabricated storage products, craftspeople from the United Steel Workers (USWLocal13729) build durable, high-quality tanks for a wide variety of industries.

Monticello, Minnesota – Bradford White acquired Electro Industries in 2024. Based in Monticello, Minnesota, Electro Industries is an American manufacturer of electric boilers, air-to- water heat pump technology, electric duct heaters and controls. Electro Industries employees have been the greatest asset to the company’s success, producing high-quality residential and commercial electric space heating solutions since its founding in 1974.

Morrisville, North Carolina – Bradford White acquired FloLogic in 2024. Based in Morrisville, North Carolina, FloLogic is a is a pioneer of smart leak control systems and has become a trusted name in the marketplace for its innovative high-quality products for the past two decades. FloLogic is recommended by top insurance companies for the prevention of plumbing leak damage, the second leading cause of insurance claims. The FloLogic System is known by plumbing professionals for its quality construction, while providing comprehensive flow-based leak detection technology.

Rochester, New Hampshire – Bradford White acquired Keltech in 2021, a manufacturer of commercial and industrial tankless electric water heaters. In 2023, the manufacturing operations of Keltech were relocated to the Laars Heating Systems factory in Rochester, NH to expand production capabilities and be able to serve a broader customer base. Keltech products range from 5 kW to 144 kW and are recognized for their robust build quality and durability in harsh commercial and industrial installations.
