Throughout a history dating back to 1881, we have evolved over decades of product refinements to introduce some of the most high-performing, technologically advanced, and energy-saving products to the world market. While competitors moved production out of the country, we invested in America, and our perseverance has paid off.

Today, with its corporate headquarters in Ambler, Pennsylvania, and manufacturing operations in Middleville and Niles, Michigan; Monticello, Minnesota; Uxbridge, Massachusetts; and Rochester, New Hampshire, Bradford White is fully equipped to deliver the technology-advanced, energy-efficient products that bring reliable and energy efficient heating solutions to the world.
FloLogic’s assembly operation is in Morrisville, North Carolina and Bradford White Corporation’s Canadian headquarters, state-of-the-art distribution center and training facilities to support customers across Canada is in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada.

Bradford White Water Heaters, located in Middleville, Michigan, the heartland of America, is where we build our tank water and space heating products to serve homes and businesses around the world. The 95+ acre campus boasts high-tech robotics, multiple assembly lines, an advanced research & development (R&D) lab, and a state-of-the-art distribution center. Bradford White’s International Technical Excellence Center (iTEC™), a LEED Gold certified training center, is located adjacent to the Middleville manufacturing plant.
Laars Heating Systems, in Rochester, New Hampshire, manufactures a variety of residential and commercial boilers and volume water heaters to bring heat and hot water to both U.S. and International customers. The Laars campus includes modern manufacturing capabilities, a state-of-the-art customer, “live-fire” training center and testing laboratory, and industry-leading R&D resources.
Niles Steel Tank, in Niles, Michigan, is a leader in producing shop-fabricated storage products for both stainless and carbon steel tanks in a variety of standard sizes to meet the needs of multiple industries. The site’s Alloy Works facility which opened in 2019, brings skilled craftspeople and modern technology together to build high-quality and durable stainless-steel tank products. Niles also specializes in producing and delivering quality custom-crafted stainless steel storage vessels for a wide variety of industries.
Electro Industries, Inc., based in Monticello, Minnesota, is an American manufacturer of electric boilers, air-to-water heat pump technology, electric duct heaters and controls. Electro Industries has been producing high-quality residential and commercial electric space heating solutions since its founding in 1974.
Keltech® a recognized commercial-grade brand for their quality and durability. Keltech offers electric tankless water heaters for an extensive range of commercial and industrial applications. These tankless water heaters have been on the market for over 30 years and are now an integral part of Laars’ tempered water solutions.
Heat-flo, based in Uxbridge, MA, is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel indirect water-heating and hydronic storage tanks for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With a reputation for building the highest quality stainless steel water heater products in the industry, Heat-flo offers a range of solutions, from multi-energy/solar and electric-based water heating systems to hydronic and radiant heating applications.
FloLogic is a North Carolina-based manufacturer of premium plumbing leak detection and automatic shut off solutions for homes and light commercial buildings.
